I've been in the 'webhosting game' since 1995 and have even run one myself. NativeSpace's support reminds me of those early days when the web was finding it's feet in the UK, they excel in helping me, the customer, to achieve the most I can from their web hosting packages, at any time of the day or night.

At all times my support queries have been answered in a time frame I can work with and they are always friendly. Not once have I been scolded like a kid who's stepped over the line into the world of know-it-all tech guru land without an invite, their response has been consistently helpful. I'm impressed!!

The level of service has been great, no problems with that. I was really worried that we lacked the experience of running a dedicated server but to be honest there's been no difference for us (technically) between this and the shared server, you guys have dealt with all the complicated stuff. Means we have the power and size of a dedicated server but with the support of a shared one... best of both worlds :-)
